Food Hack – Bubble Tea’s Japanese Caesar Salad

Japanese caesar salad with tuna flakes


1 head lettuce, romaine or iceberg

1 large mango

100 grams grapes

1/2 cup croutons

100 grams walnuts or cashews

1/4 chicken breast fillet

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons cooking oil

Roasted sesame dressing – you can get the recipe here.

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Pan fry on medium heat until golden brown. (Optional: You can also coat your fillets with your favorite breading. It adds more texture once you add it to the salad).
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into strips then set aside.
  3. In a salad bowl, combine and toss all the fruit, nuts and lettuce. Top it with the chicken strips then croutons.
  4. Drizzle with roasted sesame dressing.
  5. Enjoy!

*You can also substitute chicken with tuna. Tastes equally yummy.
