1 head lettuce, romaine or iceberg
1 large mango
100 grams grapes
1/2 cup croutons
100 grams walnuts or cashews
1/4 chicken breast fillet
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons cooking oil

- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Pan fry on medium heat until golden brown. (Optional: You can also coat your fillets with your favorite breading. It adds more texture once you add it to the salad).
- Cut the chicken fillet into strips then set aside.
- In a salad bowl, combine and toss all the fruit, nuts and lettuce. Top it with the chicken strips then croutons.
- Drizzle with roasted sesame dressing.
*You can also substitute chicken with tuna. Tastes equally yummy.
